Hello I am writing this comment due to the ridiculous privileges certain firms get on being able to route orders. Being able to gain additional benefits due to having "expensive algorithms" that affect true market price discovery should have already been illegal, but yet here we are, commenting on proposals that hold no merit to the average investor. Please do your duty to provide fair and accurate markets. There are serious problems with the market, and I plead there can be a fair rule that can be implemented once. Thank you, Steven C.
