The SEC still has not eliminated dark pools and PFOF. The only explanation for this has to be internal pressure from market makers and other figures who are profiting from this scheme. Retail investors are becoming more informed every day. This broken system cannot continue. Please do the job we expect from you by removing these damaging practices. -Robert Burns
