January 4, 2023 I am in support of the requirements to send retail orders to auctions only. In addition, there should be an option to send orders to exchanges only or auction only. I for one, would choose to send my orders to an exchange/auction only if i had the opportunity to do it. I will bear the risk of my order not filling. However this risk is still nothing compared to my receiving an IOU or a freshly created fake share by wholesalers who dont always deliver the bought stock, and sometimes NEVER deliver the bought stock.
