I am in support of the proposed rule regarding Order Competition. In order for a transparent market, we must not allow market makers and wholesalers to internalize orders that should go to market. This lack of transparency does not allow for true price discovery. While the market has a long way to go in terms of true transparency in a fair and equitable market. The proposed rule is a step in the right direction.
I will however state in allowing no exceptions to the rule, and that all orders should go to market, even if the bid and offer would be comparative with an exception. The technology available to the markets is capable of filling orders to this capacity and beyond.
