As an investor I feel it would be fair that everyone trades on the same cost increment.  There should not be some larger entities that can trade sub penny vs myself who can only trade penny.  I would glady trade commsion free trading to trading more failry and paying a comision as long as it ensures ny trade is handled fairly with equal competition.
