Hello!

I'm a younger millennial investor that's been gradually losing faith in our markets. When I see the SEC proposing these rules, I have a glimpse of a better, fairer, and more transparent market. This makes me proud to be an American because I feel like we're striving to create fairness in our markets...Fairness for retail and the little guys like me. I am in FULL SUPPORT of File No. S7-30-22; Release No. 34-96494; Regulation NMS: Minimum Pricing Increments, Access Fees, and Transparency of Better Priced Orders.

I want to mention that I would like to see stricter enforcement

First I want to bring up that I support the additional .64 cents more a share so that we can avoid routing through a wholesaler. These entities have been charged over 70 times by the US government! The price improvements that these wholesalers provide are negligible and not worth the damage they bring to the markets.

As a retail investor, I would gladly pay commissions to be routed through a wholesaler especially one like Citadel who does not have retail's best interest in mind and who does not follow the rules/law.

I support the harmonization of tick size across all exchanges. I want clear rules and clear language.

Regards,
