March 31, 2023 I support the commissions proposed tick size regime and to use clear and unambiguous language to avoid confusion and litigation. I highly Recommend the implementation of the revised round lot definition and odd lot dissemination on the SIP to reduce delays and increase efficiency. Reducing access fees is a start. The total elimination of access fees needs to be another clear goal of the commissions. More enforcement is necessary and the fines need to large to be more appropriate for the finial damage that has taken place through the years.
