Hello, I am writing to express my support for the "Tick Size Rule." Without this reform, market makers retain an unfair advantage by trading at sub-penny intervals. I want to see fairness for everyone, market maker or not. I want to see transparent, open markets with true price discovery. I want to see real punishments for brokers, fund managers, and others who break the rules. No more ridiculously low fines that are dwarfed by ill-gotten gains. Those financial figures who knowingly break the law for profit should receive criminal penalties that include jail time. Only strong consequences will discourage bad actors.
