Please see below for my POV re: the SEC Proposal on Regulation S7-30-22. 


My main points are: 


1. SEC punishments are a joke. SEC regulations only work if the punishment actually serves as a deterrent - which it does not. Raise fines so that they actually serve to enforce the rules. 


2. I would agree to paying additional commission in order to avoid being routed through a wholesaler. 



3. Exchanges currently hold an unfair advantage. Some of them currently enjoy special treatment which is why I support the standardization of tick sizes across all exchanges. This gives them an advantage in a market which is supposed to be fair. 



 The market should be fair and honest. Let's make it that way please!
