I support this regulation and all it includes. Clear rules and harsher penalties and fines including jail time for the more extreme circumstances. I don’t think it’s fair for normal people who buy as retail to be penalized more aggressively than large hedge funds who are breaking rules more often. Give an inch and they will take a mile. Id much rather pay a commission than be sent constantly through a wholesaler like Citadel. I am not it favor of rebates and other inducements in the marketplace, and support the inclusion of odd lot information in the SIP. I want the odd lot to impact the NBBO so it has a concrete effect on both price and brokers duty for best execution. Thanks for your time, Austin H
