I strongly support the commission's proposed tick size regime and I also recommend clear and unambiguous language to avoid any confusion or litigation. I believe there should be a very low fee structure to eliminate the potential for trading for the sake of volume. Completely eliminating exchange rebates would further enhance transparency and fairness in the market. I would like to emphasize the importance of taking steps to regain public confidence and trust in our market. -- Armando Martinez
