To whom it may concern, I fully support this proposal. The removal of all kinds of inducements and rebates from the marketplace is essential for a healthy market. I believe most, if not all investors would like to know that their trades are not being leeched off of in the process of finding the best trade. In order to make this proposal as impactful as possible, clear and unambiguous language must be used so that entities are unable to flout these rules. Thank you, Investor
