I SUPPORT THIS RULE. Tick size regime, minimum pricing increment model, and revised round lot definition are imperative for a fair system. A system is only as strong as its weakest link. If the system doesn't enforce the rules, then what is the point? Stern enforcement, higher fines, bigger penalties are highly recommended. If the consequences are severe, the bad actors will think twice before breaking the rules. The measures proposed in this rule will overall help markets and increase faith in the markets.
