Dear Sir or Ma'am: Payment for Order Flow is the least capitalist creation our domestic and international markets ever saw. Such practices enable the rich to get richer and only impacts markets when the rich decide to execute such orders; most of which are conducted in dark pools anyway. These practices dilute confidence in the markets and will have a long term negative impact on America as a whole.
