To whom it may concern,
This is to express my opinion in regard to payment for order flow and the blatant conflict of interests that directly result from current market operations. The kickback nature of PFOF has been completely banned in many countries as a result of the conflicts of interest. PFOF deliberately allows market makers to benefit from routing orders through their organization. Despite allowing easy access to the market for retail investor, it ensures the ability to gather billions of data points and route orders to the benefit of each market maker. PFOF promotes an unfair advantage to the common investor and it is my strong opinion that it should be completely banned in the U.S. markets. As investors, we entrust our safety and financial well being in your commitment to public service. That’s why I ask you to ban this practice.

Sincerely,
John Stewart
