To whom this may concern, My name is Kevin and I'm writing in regards to the above ruling of ban of Payment For Order Flow. There needs to be transparency in the market. Hedgefunds and market makers are not playing fair which hurts retail. When our buy orders are not being routed to the NYSE the price action is not affected. PFOF, Trade Halts and even naked shorting is real. Please give us the fair market in which we all deserve. Regards, Kevin
