Hello SEC,

I'm an international household Investor.

I think that it's unacceptable that some exchanges receive preferential treatment, allowing them to create monopolies in certain areas of the market. All exchanges should have to quote and trade in the same increments to prevent unfair advantages. This kind of advantage leads to monopolistic control in certain market areas, which goes against the positive effects of competition and eventually destroys it. Markets must be fair, and so we need to ensure fairness for all.

I believe that certain broker-dealers should have their licenses revoked rather than just receiving fines, which end up being a mere cost of doing business. Such fines are usually outweighed by the profits gained through what are often labeled as “honest mistakes” but are, in reality, unfair gains.

Thank you for your time and effort.
Kind regards, Bartlomiej Luszczynski
