Dear Ms. Countryman, I support this rule. Please also consider making the language of the rule as clear and concise as possible to prevent any ambiguity or possible litigation with clearly defined parameters. Please ban the use of rebates for large volume trades, or other kickbacks. I have lost a lot of faith in the system by which retail investors are subjected to trading stocks, and believe there is a strong likelihood for market makers to game the current system, front run orders, and otherwise use order data to place small investors at a disadvantage.
