Keep the original rule, do not update move forward with these exemptions. These exemptions will just allow citadel and others to use loopholes to circumvent the rules. Do not give into industry’s greed. Please don’t go forward with these exemptions, so I’ll be able to tell my son that, not all parts of the government are corrupt. Industry will most likely sue if the original rule update goes forward, so be it, let them, make them work for their greed. Don’t just roll over at the first instance of pushback. You had to have known industry wasn’t going to like the original rule (No. S7-30-22). so was it all a charade to propose these meaningful rule updates? Just to end up using verbiage industry wrote for you? Please do the right thing, and approve the original update s7-30-22. Regards, Josh
