Corporations like Citadel having an advantage because they can play by different rules is a betrayal of the ideals the American economy touts itself as having. Where anyone can contribute and be competitive because they're supposed to be on an even playing field. I do not see having company exclusive rules to be a clever and inventive way to stand out among competitors. 



The SEC should implement its tick size regime so that corporate giants have no special advantage. 


Additionally reducing rebates is a large step in the right direction. A system without payment for order flow all together is ideal.
