March 18, 2023 As a retail investor who wants to see our marketplace flourish, I'm fully in support of this proposed rule and pray for its quick implementation. Wholesalers who take unfair advantage of chopping prices into fractions of a fraction of a penny while others aren't allowed to do so creates false competitive advantage where there otherwise would be none. This is detrimental to the healthy operation of a free market. This proposed rule is a good adjustment to the course of our free markets. Please pass and implement with adequate enforcement.
