March 19, 2023 Hello, I support No. S7-30-22 Release No. 34-96494 I am in favor of the Commission's proposed tick size regime, and a stronger urge for clear and unambiguous language in the rule structure to eliminate the potential for loopholes/litigation. Make it plain as day what the rules are and what happens when someone/entity breaks them. The implementation of the revised round lot definition and odd lot dissemination on the SIP to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce delays need to be expedited. Not 5 years from now, but by April 2023. You can make it happen, I believe in you. Overall this rule, if enforced to its fullest, should be one step close to gaining the trust and confidence of the people. Thanks
