To whom it may concern, The obvious concerns over payment for order flow have been voiced many times and I'm her to do so again. PFOF should be banned along with dark pool abuse which is rampant. No more dark pool trades other than what it was meant for. No more spoofing. Ladder attacks and all the other crimes that got Citadel kicked out of other counties stock markets.
