Dear Sir/Madam,
                             As an English retail investor I am truly disappointed and disgusted with the way shares are sold. I would preferably pay a lot of money per transaction and my money buy a share in the lit market instead of it going to Citadel and going through a dark pool. How can a company grow if Citadel manipulate it‘s price so its hedge fund can naked short it to the ground. I would love the opportunity to invest in companies that make life saving equipment but I do not trust companies like Citadel and Charles Schwab to NOT manipulate it.
The world of investment is watching how the SEC handles itself against the big bullies.
