To whom this comment reaches, 

Please release the grips that big market makers have on everyday American lives. It’s not freedom when we can’t access the same lot markets. Companies like Citadel being able to skim and cheat with their dark pool trading is not good for our country. 


 Please don’t allow them to make the rules that make them money. 


Have rules that protect the people who worked for the money.
