I strongly advocate for the standardization of tick sizes across all exchanges. No exchange should have an unfair advantage over others. This would create a monopoly on some segments of the market that would undermine and eventually eliminate the positive effects of competition. The markets should be fair and its about time we make them that. The definition of tick constrained should apply to all segments of the market where applicable. Please don't water this down and make the definition too narrow. Everyone should trade and provide quotes according to the same rules. I believe we should get rid of rebates and payment for order flow. I would like actual enforcement of these rules no more wrist slaps. If i can commit financial crimes and make hundreds of millions for it; What is a fine for a couple million? The fines that you give entities that violate these rules can't be a cost of doing business. I'd even go as far as to say to charge them multiple times whatever they make by committing financial crimes. These wholesalers don't have our interests in mind they want to fill their pockets while robbing the masses. I would gladly pay more for my shares to avoid being sent to a wholesaler such as Citadel. Citadel has been charged 70+ times how are they still allowed to be a marketmaker? I support the addition of odd-lot data to the SIP. Odd lots make up most of the trades and should influence the price more. I want odd lots to affect the NBBO and have a tangible impact on both price and broker's obligation of best execution. The rules should be clear and precise so there are no loopholes. Also while I have your attention in what's with all the closed meetings? In the spirit of transparency let that sunshine in. We need recording and transcripts of what is said at these meetings its our right.
