SEC, I believe broker-dealers shouldreceive a harsher penalty than mere fines (that are often less than the amount they profited); they should lose their licenses when being found guilty of breaking rules and regulations. I support tick size harmonization for all exchanges. Why should some exchanges receive special treatment and be allowed to build monopolies in some areas of the market? All exchanges should have to quote AND trade in the same increments. No exchange should be granted an unfair advantage over others. It will always lead to a monopoly and effectively kill necessary competition. Markets are supposed to be fair; let's make them equally fair. -Michael Vreeken
