Dear Regulators,

I am writing this as a concerned international investor.

I fully support increased regulation and transparency in the financial markets.

I support harmonizing tick sizes across all exchanges. No more unfair advantages.

I do NOT support rebates or market inducements, these are just another way of saying payment for order flow.

I would gladly pay to have my orders routed to the lit exchange, and avoid being routed through a wholesaler.

I support the inclusion of odd lot information in the SIP. More transparency and information is good for investors.

I think that the fines and punishments for breaking the rules should outweigh the "cost of doing business".

I fear that if things continue the way that they are, nefarious market participants will end up destroying what credibility remains of Wall Street.

Sincerely,
A concerned international investor.
