March 6, 2023 In regards to S7-30-22. It took me good deal longer then I would like to understand the value in this proposal. I believe it to be a generally neutral proposal that updates the market to meet its current capacity regarding pricing increments without going too overboard. Further more I think the increment change promotes more fair pricing for shares and reduces possible costs for investors from the larger spreads produced by more limited increments. Granted the effects may be/seem negligible in practice, they are a quality of life improvement that I can hardly imagine harming the markets or its constituents more then is acceptable, and I believe the value it will produce is worth the effort of implementation.
