Hello, As a retail investor, I strongly believe that market reform is necessary for the future of the stock market and the economy. These proposals are a step in the right direction, and I feel that large financial entities who oppose these proposals are doing so in order to continue having an unfair advantage over the US stock market. I strongly support these proposals and hope the SEC follows through with them, as well as proper enforcement into making the markets a safer and fairer place. Thanks, Colin Fausnaught
