Hello SEC, My name is William Bledsoe Jr and I am an individual investor unaffiliated with any hedge fund, market marker, or other large organization participating in the stock market. I am writing to lend my overwhelming support for the passage of the proposed rule connected with S7-30-22. It is my belief that the passage of this rule and its requirements on variable minimum pricing increments will lead to fairer, and more just price discovery and help to eliminate the price manipulation we suffer from today. I am confident that with Gary Gensler and team's continued work, and with the passage of this proposed rule, we will be able to get to a fairer marketplace for individuals like myself who do not have the same amount of power, resources, and connections that big Wall Street firms have.
