February 24, 2023 I am fully in support of this proposal to minimize the sub-cent trading differences that high frequency trading algorithms have been coded to take advantage of to scalp micro-pennies off of each transaction. The 3rd decimal of value serves no purpose as it does not exist within American currency. I also support the idea of larger purview of transparency within all executed orders to prevent abuse and fraud within the system.
