I support the proposed amendments aiming to increase transparency and efficiency in the securities markets, which could benefit investors and promote fair competition among exchanges.

The pilot program to increase the minimum price increment for quoting and trading stocks could improve price discovery and reduce market fragmentation, which could benefit investors by providing them with better prices and more liquidity.

The prohibition of access fees on orders that provide liquidity could incentivize exchanges to compete based on their execution quality and reduce the costs for investors, especially those who trade frequently or in large volumes.

The requirement for exchanges to publicly disseminate information regarding the number of better-priced orders that are not being executed could increase transparency and help investors make more informed trading decisions.
