December 29, 2022 Bad actors use denominations less than .01 to evade an open market that includes individual investors because only computer programs can operate at those levels this creates an unfair market of computer programs passing securities back and forth between each other as a means of manipulation of the stock without real people being able to influence demand. We don't use a third decimal place in monetary transactions even it's use in gas prices is a show as final price is rounded to the nearest tenth it has no place at all in the financial market.
