December 29, 2022 Hello I just want to say that these rules dont go far enough to let brokers know payment for order flow is unacceptable and gives an unfair advantage, not to retail investors. In addition if someone buys a million dollars worth of stock on a low volume ticker it should have an impact on the price, not reroute somewhere else and move the security like 2 cents
