December 27, 2022 This rule should be enforced as soon as possible.investors need to be sure that orders placed in the national market system reflect the best prices available.A lot of order are routed to dark pools,this is not fair at all Dark pools are hurting investors in us stock market from all over the world .in Romania,we see this almost like a robbing .Us need to change that or it will lose credibility.Thanks
