"Interim final temporary rule":
What is wrong with you people?
Are you incapable of doing the right thing, the honest thing?
First you deny the existence of counterfeiting (naked short selling) then you enact regulation SHO to grandfather past occurences of naked short selling (that doesn't exist) now that the country is in a financial crisis you are issuing an "Interim final temporary rule" to address the non-existant counterfeiting (naked short selling).
Is your plan to go back to supporting, hiding, and protecting your criminal counterfeiting friends as soon as no one is looking?
