I agree that brokers-dealers are able and should be required to measure order executions in seconds or milliseconds, rather than 2 days. I also think they should meet standards at least as strict as the ones in the template created by Financial Information Forum. I agree with the other provisions in this rule as well, that current disclosure requirements are outdated and need to be made stricter to keep up with modern technology.
