Ms. Countryman:

 I support this proposed rule.
Transparency in order execution is of crucial importance to not only market participants' ability to make decisions, but also in the regulators ability to enforce rules, such as best execution. Enforcing a legal requirement for disclosure of best execution practices will provide market participants and regulators with the information that they each need. Further, requiring these disclosures be in a uniform and consumable format, which includes and clearly outlines how best execution is achieved, will improve the household investor's ability to understand how their trades are being executed. Increased investor education is always of benefit to a robust and well functioning market.

Thank you for your consideration.
