Ms. Countryman, As an individual investor, I support the Commission’s proposal for the Disclosure of Order Execution Information. Best Execution is important for individual investors as some may not understand the complexities involved with performing trades as well as other intricacies of our markets and the operations within. Brokers and other financial institutions that provide financial services to individual investors have a duty and owe their customers the Best Execution as derived from common law agency principles and fiduciary obligations, I believe that the SEC can also enforce such rules to help provide security and fairness within our markets. I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts on this proposal and I hope to see it succeed.
