March 30, 2023 Our current market structure is a disastrous storm of lack of transparency, end-around, and exceptions to rules that benefit major players and do nothing to protect the retail investor. In addition, hedge funds and market makers are using these systems to rob everyday retail investors of their support of companies they love and support through our stock purchases. It is time to open the doors and provide transparency and true market movement to the general public and not merely to those who can pay for the privilege. I support this rule.
