March 6, 2023 As a retail investor, I support all the rules above that will provide greater transparency of retail order execution and allow price discovery that is completely manipulated now by Marker Makers through internalizing retail orders. Retail orders should affect price as much as institution orders, otherwise retail investors will lose confidence in the market soon.
