March 6, 2023 In regards to S7-29-22, I support increased disclosure requirements as the the more data required to be publicly released/reported on by broker-dealers or other entities the more transparency there will be in the markets the increased transparency and disclosure requirements will help to slightly discourage dishonest and criminal business practices that are all to common in the financial markets now a days. I also particularly like this very minor part \"Finally, the Commission is proposing to enhance the accessibility of the required reports by requiring all reporting entities to make a summary report available\" I believe this will be surprisingly useful for regulating these entities as the simpler and less complicated summary report will work as an anchor for regulators that they can reference as they peruse the more complicated mess of legalese that financial reports often have (I do this when reading similar things). I'm sure there's more I should say regarding the proposal but general I support it. Thank you for your time, I hope you have a good enough day.
