Dear SEC Staff or whoever gets to read this. I am just a small retail investor but i am deeply concerned by the proposal submitted by Citadel the NYSE and Charles Schwab. Its is crystal clear to everyone that these entities do NOT and i repeat do NOT represent retail nor do they have "best execution" for us in mind. All they want to do is stop you from actually enforcing rules that should have been enforced 20 years ago. They frontrun, scalp, naked short, fail to deliver in billions but most importantly they are destroying the future of our children with their business model. Please for the love of god. YOU NEED TO STOP KEN GRIFFIN! Call the DOJ i dont care do something.
