March 2, 2023 As a household investor, I believe the markets should be more transparent, fair, and competitive with those of us who wish to take our financials into our own hands. We should no longer rely on others such as investment advisors and other financiers to do what is \"best for us\" and throw them a small fee for securing our investment. Instead, I believe we should make the market more fair and open to those on a household level, not just businesses like Hedge Funds and Market Makers having fintech systems like Single-Dealer Platforms and the ability to match against their own NBBO with full counterparty information. How about we remove all those tools and make it easier for the \"little guy\" to make an impact on the market as well? If we purchase odd lots, they should reflect the price. This rule proposal should help in making a fairer market to all.
