To whom it may concern, I fully support the rules that help regulate the market in order to prevent trading that is done with unethical and unfair tools such as FTD trading, and PFOF that exist in full swing today. They help propagate, for the lack of a better word, cheating and monopolization of the market. Please continue to push laws that will help move the market toward a more fair and free one.
