Hello, I do believe S7-29-22 is a step in the right direction but we need to have more transparency for how orders are being fulfilled and tracked. If I buy a stock and the order goes through I should have the stock because there was a seller and a buyer for my order to go through. Why are we having market makers multiple days to satisfy these requests when my order has been processed, I should have my share immediately and my purchase should go on an Open Market because it has already been processed. Make my purchase of shares and selling of shares affect Price Discovery. I don't want off Market trading as it does not affect Price Discovery. Make Trades instant we live in the digital age and we can audit the systems so make all trades matter and Price discovery back in the market for all Investors or you will lose faith in the system. -Andrew Prout
