My name is Jack Pieper. I am an individual investor and an advocate for market fairness. I plan to be involved in US markets for the rest of my life, and as such, have a vested interest in seeing a fair and equitable marketplace people can use.

I support this amendment, as I think there is not enough regulation surrounding the reporting of orders. Market makers and bad actors can use loopholes to exclude themselves from reporting trades. This is a determent to all other participants. All trades made in our markets should be transparent. Right now, the rules surrounding order disclosures do not go far enough, so I see this as a step in the right direction.

Trades being transparent and reported is a way to catch things like fraud before they become systemic issues. The SEC has a vested interest in protecting everyone from such events, and the updated order disclosures can help them accomplish this.

Personally, I would like to thank Chairman Gensler and his team in continuing the effort to modernize our markets and make them fair for all users. You have my full support.

Thank you,
- Jack
