Dark pools started out great but the fraud is off the charts now! End dark pool trading! You have to go back to trading being completely transparent in a lit market only! Share locate should use blockchain tech and be transparent on a public ledger! The ftd numbers are ludicrous! Naked shorting is rampant! Fix it now and it will be painful or kick the can and it will crash even harder on its own! Your predecessors in history had to fight wars and sacrifice themselves and even their life.
