Dear Ms. Countryman,
This comment is regarding rulemaking proposal S7-29-22 Disclosure of Order Execution Information.
In order to increase overall transparency and trust in U.S. securities markets, I suggest to include into the rulemaking proposal S7-29-22 that the DTCC makes publicly available the contents of its obligation warehouse via its website.
This would lead to an increase in transparency that will foster price discovery and increased trust in the U.S. securities markets by all market participants.
